Tarlac State University received the fourth-highest Agency Physical and Financial Performance Rating for FY 2025 from the Department of Budget and Management during the Enhanced Annual Agency Performance Review Recognition Program held on June 18, 2026 in San Fernando, Pampanga.
The recognition highlights the university’s exemplary performance in delivering physical targets and demonstrating sound financial stewardship, reflecting accountability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
TSU earned a “Very Satisfactory” rating of 4.80 for its physical and financial performance, along with the timeliness and quality of its Agency Performance Review submissions under DBM Circular Letter No. 2025-02.
At the same event, TSU also received the Outstanding Achievement in Producing Topnotchers in Licensure Examinations award, recognizing the university’s continued commitment to academic excellence and its success in producing high-performing graduates in various professional licensure examinations.
University President Dr. Jasper Jay N. Mendoza accepted the awards on behalf of the university, together with Vice President for Administration Dr. Marlon V. Gamido, Office of Finance Director and OIC Accounting Unit Head Mr. John Erwin C. Panlilio, and OIC Budget Management Unit Head Mr. Ryan R. Ronquillo.
The current administration likewise extends its congratulations and appreciation to the previous administration, whose leadership and collective efforts contributed significantly to the accomplishments recognized by the DBM.
